Welcome to the Paperless Support Home

Paperless Solutions provides on-site and remote support services to our clients. Our support services include software and hardware support. Our Help Desk is available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM eastern time. We also offer extended support contracts for off-hours issues. To better assist you, please provide us with some information about the issue that you are having. A sample of the types of information we will need is:

·          The product and version of the software

·          Any error messages/symptoms that you might be experiencing

·          Whether the issue is impacting all users, or possibly just a single user. 

·          The OS version of the server or workstation

·          If you are having a hardware issue, the Brand, model and serial number of the product

·          Your contact information and whether you prefer to be contacted by phone or email
