Paperless Solutions provides on-site and remote support
services to our clients. Our support services include software
and hardware support. Our Help Desk is available Monday through
Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM eastern time. We also offer extended
support contracts for off-hours issues. If you would like to

about the issue that you are having. A sample of the types of
information we will need is:

Any error messages/symptoms that you might be experiencing

Whether the issue is impacting all users, or
possibly just a single user.

The OS version of the server or workstation

If you are having a hardware issue, the Brand,
model and serial number of the product
